Covid-19 Update


McIntyre & Associates is fully equipped to carry on with business as usual. We have processes in place to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We encourage you to continue to provide us with your information in a timely manner, as we are operating at normal capacity.


Online Portal

The portal is used to facilitate the secure transmission of electronic files between our office and your computer, without leaving your home. The portal will allow you to electronically upload your financial information to us in a completely secure environment.

If you are registered for our online portal, please submit documents online. Adobe PDF documents are the ideal file type, as well as Microsoft Office documents.

If you are not registered for our portal, please e-mail general@mcintyreca.com to register.


Physical Documents

If you are unable to deliver your information through our online portal, you may provide documents to us either by mail, or dropping by our office. You may use our drop box located in our reception area between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

To minimize the turn-around time for delivery, we highly encourage the use of our online portal.


Meetings

We are now scheduling face-to-face meetings with clients in our office. As a visitor to our office, you have an important role to play in keeping everyone safe. In addition to being fully vaccinated and passing Covid-19 screening at reception, we ask that you wear a mask when entering our building and office. If you feel ill, we ask that you reschedule your meeting.
